Every service provider on AbegEppMe goes through a strict verification process, which includes CAC documents, guarantors, ID checks and professional licenses (if applicable). Only verified professionals are listed on the platform to ensure quality and safety.
Are there any benefits for service providers who join early?
Yes! Early service providers enjoy up to 6 months of free subscription in 2025, access to exclusive blog features, priority listings and loyalty rewards for consistent high performance, but it turns 3 months from 2026.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with a service I booked?
Clients can file a complaint directly through the platform. The service provider will be required to rectify the issue before the final balance is released. AbegEppMe’s escrow system ensures funds are held securely until the client is satisfied with the work done and the consent to the release of the balance.
How do payments work on AbegEppMe?
Clients pay the full amount upfront via the AbegEppMe invoice generated and sent to the client. The service provider receives a deposit to begin the job. The remaining balance is released only when the client marks the job done, complete and satisfactory. The client can also leave a review and rate the service provider.
